Brief
The Dilanyan Clinic undertook a rebranding project to refresh its image and better communicate its core mission of restoring patients to their healthy, vibrant selves. The aim was to align the clinic’s identity with the emotional journey of its patients, enhancing the connection and trust between the clinic and those it serves.
Insight
When you start to feel unwell, you long to return to the past, feeling nostalgic for a time when nothing troubled you, and you’re haunted by a sense of something being wrong.
Implementation
We redefined the clinic’s positioning with the statement, “We restore normal life.” The brand’s visual and verbal identity was revised to reflect themes of renewal and vitality, emphasizing the clinic’s dedication to repairing what is damaged, eliminating defects, and rejuvenating health.
Additionally, we developed the tagline “Это не сложно” (“It’s not hard”) to highlight the professionalism and expertise of Dilanyan’s staff, reassuring clients that even the most complex operations are within their capable hands.
